I’m a Virtual Assistant with over a year of experience in brokerage support, working with SW Brokerage clients to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes. Before stepping into my current role, I spent more than five years as a Customer Service Representative. Those roles sharpened my patience, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities that I am now able to apply to daily tasks. These skills enable to anticipate needs, manage tasks efficiently, and ensure our clients feel well looked after.
With a background in Engineering, I’ve always had a love for working with numbers, data, and details. That analytical mindset helps me handle reports, manage information accurately, and make sure every figure lines up perfectly.
Outside of work, I coordinate a local feeding program and spend my weekends giving back to the community. Whether I’m crunching numbers, finalising a deal, or serving a meal, I bring the same level of commitment, care, and attention to detail to everything I do.
I also enjoy playing computer games, and I’ve found the strategy and focus from gaming translate well into my work. I take real pride in seeing deals close, knowing my behind-the-scenes efforts played a key part in making them happen.
