At the start of your home being constructed, starting with the laying of the foundation, approximately 15-20% of funds are typically required, which may include your initial deposit. As construction on your home progresses, funds are allocated to subsequent stages such as the frame of the house, lock-up, fixing, and completion, with each stage of the house’s construction representing a significant milestone in the construction process and requiring varying percentages of the total funds.
