I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 20 years across many sectors, including banking and finance, real estate, working with geologists and for the past year in mortgage broking.

What I enjoy the most is being there for my clients. I strive to be genuine, approachable and always willing to go that extra mile.

Having gone through the process of buying my own home, I wanted to be able to reach out and help clients make the transition as smoothly as possible, and to have a positive experience with such an exciting part of their lives.

The experience and knowledge our team has is priceless, and dealing with our brokers means there is a range of products and services available.

I believe it’s really important to keep clients in the loop with all that’s going on – even if it’s to let them know that we’re waiting on a particular part of the process. We want them to know we are with them ever step of the way – even after the transaction is completed.

My best financial tip? Budget, keep track of your finances and plan ahead.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, going to the beach and going to the gym!
