I hold an Honours in Economics, a Master’s in Accounting and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, having experience across a range of areas, such as social services, recruitment, accounting, hospitality and, most recently, mortgage broking.
Coming from such a diverse background, I had the chance to acquire a holistic perspective over the different needs that one might have throughout their life cycle.
I always found it very rewarding to be involved in the process of helping customers understand their needs and look beyond the horizon, regardless the industry. The purchase of assets is an especially important step on the pathway to financial freedom and being part of the process of helping customers set their goals and achieve it has been particularly fulfilling in the Mortgage Broking industry, be it their first home or that investment that will make their retirement more pleasant down the road. And what’s a better way of doing that than with a team that takes customer experience to the next level?
My best tip for customers is to set your lifestyle goals. These goals will help you understand your financial needs to achieve and sustain it down the track.
